Refund & Return Policy for Highmink.com

Thank you for shopping at Highmink.com.
We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please review our policy below to understand your options for returns, refunds, or exchanges.


1. Eligibility for Returns

Our policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery.
If 7 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Because many of our products are custom-made or printed on demand, the following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective:

3. Damaged or Defective Items

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or printed incorrectly.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [Help@highmink.com] with:

4. Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

5. Exchanges (If Applicable)

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong size (if eligible for exchange).
To exchange an item, please contact us at [Help@highmink.com] before returning it.


6. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them.
After printing or production begins, cancellations or changes are not possible.


7. Return Shipping

To return your product, please mail it to the address provided by our support team after approval.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless it was defective or damaged upon arrival.


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank or payment account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider.

  3. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at [Help@highmink.com].
